What are your minimum order quantities?

In most cases we will do 2,500 units - however the best pricing will come at 10,000 units to be competitive

What are your lead times?

10 weeks including delivery from Purchase Order.

Do you include delivery?

Yes , all our quotations are delivered to your local warehouse from our local and international manufacturing network taking the logistical and manufacturing nightmares off your plate and allowing us to do what we do best . Thats just one of our points of difference we offer our clients.

Can I get samples?

Yes we have samples for all our stock products , however samples will only be sent once the quotation has been accepted as a non binding agreement and due to sample stock availability.

Does the same products go to many customers?

We run our private labelling a little different, for our food range we will alway give you exclusivety on flavour.

For our TGA Capsules , in order to have “exclusive rights” over our formulation you will need to meet an annual MOQ to maintain exclusivity - in the event two clients want the same product we will tweak on formulation so that no two formulations are the same so that the market has diversity.
